Nancy is a phenomenal agent! After meeting Nancy at an open house in the fall of 2023, she remembered exactly what we were looking for! She didn’t bombard us with listings of “half fits” (which, as second time buyers, is very much what we specifically asked for and she was happy to accommodate). The first property she brought us in March was the perfect home which we were very lucky to be able to get under contract on. Nancy, as an angel and that in no way shape or form is not true! She, the first time I met her was so open and honest and I have a housing voucher and she actually found a landlord for me that would take it. She was on top of it every day and night even when the Housing Authority would not help us!? She is the best of the best I have ever met and I would be honored to call her a friend let alone my landlord! :-) and she wasn't even getting paid by me? She knew my situation and helped way more than anyone has ever helped me and I will forever be in her death and forever be thankful that she did get me into this place and I am super excited about it! :-) if you guys want a real realtor and not one that just sits by his phone all day and takes calls? Ask for Nancy she'll go above and beyond I'm sure for anybody! :-) again thank you Nancy for saving my life and my two-year-old son's life! :-)
